Our COVID-19 Policy
COVID-19 has been a challenge for all of us, especially for the travel & tourism industry. We at AdventureEXP are prepared to continue hosting our destination work programs within the limitations of current travel restrictions, social distancing and recommendations by the Center for Disease Control.
All partner employers have provided us with their COVID-19 policy including their current safety measure they are taking as recommended by local, state and federal government, what their procedures will be if restrictions change and force a temporary or long-term closure of their business and how they will handle the employment of our Adventurers. These policies will be provided to you before you formally accept a new positions.
If your program is cancelled by your employer, AdventureEXP will attempt to find you an alternative destination work program and assist you with the cost of rerouting to that new location.
Should you decide to cancel your program before your experience begins, your program fee will be refunded within the terms of your signed Terms & Conditions.
Should you decide to leave your program early due to COVID-19, your program fee will not be refunded but AdventureEXP will support you in continuing your program at a later time at no additional cost to you, pending the availability of open positions.
