Sun Valley Work Adventures takes you to an iconic resort town while working for leaders in hospitality and tourism. The idyllic natural areas boast some of the greatest outdoor recreation areas in Idaho.

This destination work program is located at the foothills of Bald Mountain and Dollar Mountain. Our partners in Sun Valley want teens and college students for positions in Food and Beverage, the Culinary Arts, and Hospitality.

We’re Here For You

We connect you with temporary employment and affordable housing in Ketchum. You earn money, life skills, and job training while getting access to world-class skiing, hiking, golfing, backpacking, mountain biking, whitewater rafting, and fly fishing.

Sun Valley Program Details

The Idaho Sun Valley Work Adventures program isn’t just a summer job. It’s an opportunity to invest in your skillset. Once we connect you with a position that fits your experience and interests, we support you throughout the job.

As an Adventure EXP program participant, you’ll get personalized career coaching with our team. You’ll also complete basic personal finance training in budgeting, credit, investing, and earnings.

Most of our job seekers travel to Ketchum, ID from across the country. We’ll get you settled into your new home by connecting you to housing, transportation, and group excursions. We’ve got your back at every step of the way.

The Sun Valley Work Adventures provides the following benefits:

  • Free or discounted ski pass (winter only)
  • Free or discounted local transportation passes
  • Shared housing at $500 / month
  • Monthly excursions to local points of interest

Please note that a car is not required for placement in this program. Should you bring a car, our housing has parking available.
