Yellowstone Work Adventures takes you deep in the American West while working for leaders in hospitality and tourism. Yellowstone Work Adventures is the perfect way to spend a gap year before college or work through a gap semester, while still in school.

Many gap year opportunities require volunteer projects, but Adventure EXP provides paid work experience. You’ll gain leadership skills and time to explore a potential career, all while making more money than a typical gap year experience.

Our partners in Montana want teens and college students for positions in Food and Beverage, Housekeeping, and Hospitality. Plus, our program offerings include excursions like horseback riding, whitewater rafting, etc.

All programs start in the fall, but you choose the exact start and end date with your employer. The flexibility makes Yellowstone Work Adventures one of the best programs after high school or in between semesters.

The Yellowstone Work Adventures program isn’t just a summer job. It’s an opportunity to invest in your skillset. Once we connect you with a position that fits your experience and interests, we support you throughout the job.

As an Adventure EXP program participant, you’ll get personalized career coaching with our team. You’ll also complete basic personal finance training in budgeting, credit, investing, and earnings.

Most of our job seekers travel to Montana from across the country. We’ll get you settled into your new home by connecting you to housing, transportation, and promoted excursions. We’ve got your back at every step of the way.

The Yellowstone Work Adventures provides the following benefits:

Please note that a car is not required for placement in this program. Should you bring a car, our housing has free parking available.
